At Swarnco, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

The returned item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used wellness, healthcare, personal care, or beauty products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving your bank details.

Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • If you refuse delivery of a shipped order without a valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Swarnco.
  • If a return is approved due to our mistake, return shipping will be arranged at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved:

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days
  • Refund initiation: 3–5 business days
  • Credit to your account: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
